Team Training

Team training is guided fitness that emphasizes on individuals doing movements and resistance training throughout the hour session. We will focus on different muscle groups each day. Abs will be a part of the routine daily. We have two trainers on site that will assist in modifications of exercises as well as teaching proper form of the exercise. We focus on the individual and not the masses.

Team Training Schedule: Monday through Friday

5 a.m. – 6 a.m.

6 a.m. – 7a.m.

8a.m. – 9 a.m.

10 a.m. – 11 a.m.

12 p.m. – 1 p.m.

4p.m. – 5 p.m.

6 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Saturday 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.


Boxing classes start out with a warm up, you’ll learn proper stance and footwork. We offer mitt, pad and bag training. We focus on forward, backward, side-to-side and proper head movement. We work on speed, timing, form and simulated sparring along with shadow boxing. We also offer plyometric and circuit training. All key elements to fitness and building confidence with boxing.

Boxing Schedule: Monday – Wednesday – Friday

9 a.m. – 10 a.m.

7 p.m. – 8 p.m.


Stretch and Flex

After a long week of hitting the gym hard. Come to get a good stretch to help you relax at the end of your week. This class involves a mixture of yoga, strength, balance, core and flexibility. We will be performing stretching exercises and holding poses to promote circulation, improve posture and gain more flexibility. These exercises will be all body weight. We will always start off with a light warm up and end with some relaxation/ breathing techniques.

Michael, or “Boo” as he is more commonly known as by friends and family, has lived a life of fitness since playing football in middle school. He was such a focused team member and motivator that he was voted the captain and leader of his high school football team, and continued strengthening his leadership skills playing college football. Boo is an accomplished MMA fighter and has contended for both the Washington State MMA title and the Washington State Kickboxing title. Boo takes great pride in maximizing his clients physical capabilities, while helping them achieve optimal health benefits through unique exercise programs. He holds himself to high standards and is committed to doing all that he can to create an enjoyable experience within the gym. Boo knows that working out can mean a lot of different thing to his clients.

Roberto Sanchez

Fitness Trainer

Coming from and athletic background, Robb brings with him a well-rounded experience to fitness and athletics. An avid surfer, mountain biker and educator.  His primary focus is the person rather than the sport. The approach he takes is working on developing your footwork, acceleration, speed and technique with form and function being in the forefront. He treats fitness as a way of life not just for the time when you are at the gym. So that you can enjoy all the physical activities you are involved in. He’ll challenge you help guide you to reach your fitness goals. He will educate you so that you can feel confident in the everyday things you do physically.
