Greylin James

Greylin James, a native of Federal Way, Washington has been training at a high level for the last 4 years. With a B.A. from Portland State University in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a minor in Black Studies, an athlete of 4 years playing Division 1AA Football. He offers a versatile style of training from athletic based to beginners classes and everything in between. Willing and ready to serve anyone who wants to get better!

Robert Sanchez

For Robert Sanchez, fitness has been a key element to his lifestyle ever since he can remember. From his early days as a BMX racer, to competing in individual and organized sports, he’s had fitness as a major contributor to his lifestyle. As a trainer, it’s given him an opportunity to reach out and help clients with their own personal goals. A client may want to compete in their first competitive race to just being able to walk up and down stairs more easily. He designs his programs based on individual not the masses. His feeling is that everyone learns and absorbs information differently, both in mind and body. Given the right tools and the chance he believes anyone can accomplish any fitness goals they work towards.

Evan Cook

Evan Cook is a community member, business owner public speaker, mentor, coach and much more. Sent to Federal Way, Washington after his brief stint in the juvenile system in Oklahoma City; his mother thought it would be best to get him away from the crime filled neighborhood in which he lived. After graduating from Todd Beamer High School in 2008 Evan attended Eastern Washington University on a scholarship to play football a sport that saved his life.  Helping his team win a national championship in 2010 along with two conference championships he graduated from Eastern with a BA in Criminal Justice and minor in Sociology. Shortly after graduation Evan was hired by Eastern as a fully commissioned police officer where he served that community for close to two years. With the current relationship between the community and law enforcement Evan decided he would be more effective reaching the youth without a badge and walked away from law enforcement to establish Restoring Mindz LLC a mentoring and speaking venture. In this work, he is devoted to teaching young people about true citizenship, their rights and how to create a life centered on their gifts and talents. It is a personal goal of his to reach at least one percent of the world’s population in a positive way; a goal going back to when he was an intern for the Eastern Police Department in 2011. Personal training is another way he likes to give back.
